I have taken this course many times but we always had to fly to Florida to take the course. We have a great opportunity to take this course here in Costa Mesa, CA, Saturday and Sunday March 10 & 11, 2012. We will be attending again.

We reviewed our first 20 homes we purchased in our first 5 years and realized something we learned from Pete assisted us in buying 90% of those homes by discovering what was in it for the seller before we could put together a transaction to assist the seller to get to what they needed to get to their future housing or other needs. I firmly believe the costs of the seminar and time was worth the investment of both.
